Our client is a technology company offering high-quality software development services for businesses across Northern Europe. With a multicultural setup — business team in Finland and delivery team in Vietnam — the company is now looking to strengthen its digital presence, especially on LinkedIn, to reach more potential clients in the Nordic market.
Their brand voice aligns with Nordic values: clear, subtle, credible — never exaggerated or overly “salesy.”
What you do:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for building and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored for the Nordic B2B market — with a particular emphasis on LinkedIn, website content, blog articles, and email marketing.
Responsibilities :
Develop and manage a content strategy across digital channels
Write clear, engaging, and trustworthy English-language content that resonates with the Nordic audience.
Design clean, minimalistic visuals using Canva or Figma to support your content.
Analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, click-through rates) and adjust accordingly.
Maintain a consistent tone of voice aligned with Scandinavian communication styles.
Collaborate with the business team (Finland) and product/delivery team (Vietnam) to extract stories and insights.
Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs (traffic, leads, conversion).
Who are we looking for:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, especially for B2B or tech companies.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
A deep understanding of Nordic communication styles: minimal, trustworthy, and to the point.
Experience planning and executing marketing content across LinkedIn, websites, and emails.
Strong content writing portfolio (LinkedIn posts, blog articles, email campaigns).
Familiarity with tools such as Canva/Figma (design), Notion/Google Docs (planning), and Buffer/Hootsuite (scheduling).
Ability to work independently, manage time across time zones, and meet deadlines.
Bonus: experience in SEO, analytics (GA4), or working with international tech companies.
