Job description
About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing global agency that supports eCommerce brands in optimizing their operations and scaling on Amazon. With a strong presence in both Vietnam and international markets, the company is known for its data-driven approach, transparent communication, and people-centered culture. They are building a workplace where emotional intelligence, collaboration, and continuous learning are at the core of everything they do.
They’re now looking for an HR Generalist who shares those values.
Responsibilities
As our client’s HR Generalist, you’ll be the cultural glue and operations backbone for their growing team. You’ll help create a workplace where people feel seen, supported, and connected—while also keeping hiring pipelines strong and HR systems running smoothly. If you’re passionate about human nature, emotionally intelligent, and eager to build a people-first culture, they’d love to meet you.
Drive Engagement: Plan meaningful team activities (e.g., lunches, mini rituals, check-ins) that promote connection and cohesion
Foster Culture: Help shape a mindful, no-drama, emotionally intelligent workplace where every voice matters
Support Recruitment: Handle full-cycle hiring—from writing JD, screening, and interviews to offer management and onboarding
Onboard Thoughtfully: Design and run onboarding flows that help new hires feel welcome and aligned from Day 1
Manage HR Ops: Administer employee benefits, leave, internal records, and maintain a smooth documentation process
Bridge Communication: Support introverts and encourage healthy cross-team collaboration
Build Systems: Help create sustainable HR practices—whether it’s feedback loops, surveys, or performance touchpoints
Who We Are Looking For
2–4 years of experience in HR or a similar people-focused role, ideally covering both recruitment and internal operations
Strong English skills (spoken & written) for internal communications and working with international managers
Empathy, self-awareness, and emotional maturity—you listen well and respond wisely
Organizational skills and attention to detail—you keep things moving without dropping the ball
A proactive mindset: you notice what’s missing before it becomes a problem
A passion for building culture, not just executing processes
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: Up to 25M

Benefits: Health, Social & Unemployment Insurance, lunch allowance of 40,000 VND/weekday, 500,000 VND transport allowance, and more.
Regular bonding activities after work to build deeper connections\
Team building events every 3–4 weeks
Two major annual trips: Q1 retreat (5 days, 4 nights); Q3 retreat (4 days, 3 nights)
Merit-Based Growth: Show your impact, and you can climb toward positions like Head of HR or even CHRO over time.
Personal Development: After 6 months, gain access to a professional development budget, contingent on performance and cultural fit.
