We are currently looking for a proactive and people-driven Recruiter/Headhunter (remote) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Selection

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases.

• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ suitability.

• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and manage the entire interview and offer process.

• Support candidates during offer negotiation and onboarding stages.

Talent Pooling

• Build, manage, and update talent pools for specific industries and skill groups.

• Expand networks through community engagement, events, and professional channels.

Reporting & Process Optimization

• Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate records in the system.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in headhunting or agency environments.

• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a KPI-driven environment.

• Service-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

• Strong English proficiency (both written and spoken) is required for communicating with clients and candidates.
