Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for digital products and marketing touchpoints
Conduct user research to inform design decisions
Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and development teams
Contribute to UX strategy and ensure a consistent user experience across platforms
Apply design thinking to solve user and business problems
Ensure designs are optimized for engagement, conversion, and usability
Requirements
3–4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design (web and/or mobile)
Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to lead and execute UI/UX projects
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and marketing funnels
Experience working with internal teams to align business goals and user needs
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
