About Our client:
Our client is a fast-growing Amazon & TikTok agency helping e-commerce brands and sellers succeed globally. They blend data, creativity, and high energy to build standout businesses. They are expanding our Vietnam team and looking for a Human Resource who plays a vital role in attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring a high-performing workplace where people feel valued, connected, and inspired to grow.
What You'll Do:
1. Talent Management & Development (40%)
● Coordinate with the Recruitment team to support hiring and ensure a smooth candidate and onboarding experience.
● Facilitate performance review cycles and support managers in creating effective development plans for departments.
● Identify training needs and organize learning opportunities that support employee growth and leadership development.
● Support in building career development and retention initiatives.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations (40%)
● Serve as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees on complex HR matters, including performance feedback, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and career development discussions.
● Support a positive work environment through engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal communication.
● Provide coaching and advice on aspects of people management, leadership practices, and company policy.
3. HR Oversight (20%)
● Oversee core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal changes, promotions, and offboarding.
● Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Vietnam labor laws and internal company guidelines.
● Maintain accurate HR records and track key HR metrics to support better decision-making.
● Identify strategic opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the effectiveness of internal processes
Who We're Looking For:
● Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
● Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
● From 2 years of working experience in HR / Administration / Human Operations or other related roles with a strong focus on employee relations.
● High emotional intelligence with a people-first mindset and clear communication style.
● Trustworthy and aligned with leadership, with strong confidentiality and integrity.
● Capable of using data and insights to support decisions and improve HR practices.
● Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Working Schedule:
● Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday (on-site).
● Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday (on-site) (One Saturday off / month).
● Probation Period: 2 months
Working Location: Block N1, No.5+6, 655 Alley, Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho, Ha Noi, Vietnam (On-Site)
