Job Purpose

As a Junior AMS Consultant, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring our Green Energy Plant Management Software runs at peak performance. You will support global clients in monitoring renewable energy assets, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring data from IoT sensors at solar and wind farms is accurately processed and visualized.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Support: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for the energy management platform, including user access management, bug reporting, and feature navigation.

• Incident Management: Monitor the ticketing system (Azure board), prioritize incoming issues from plant operators, and escalate complex technical bugs to senior developers.

• System Monitoring: Perform daily health checks on data pipelines that ingest real-time performance metrics (power output, turbine temperature, inverter health) from green energy plants.

• Reporting & Analytics: Help clients generate monthly SLA reports and monthly issues reports.

• Documentation: Maintain and update the Knowledge Base with “How-to” guides for common user issues, specifically related to renewable asset tracking.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with DevOps and Development teams to improve software performance based on user feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Environmental Engineering with a strong interest in Tech.

• Domain Knowledge: A basic understanding of how SCADA systems or IoT sensors work in energy plants is highly preferred.

• Language: Intermediate to Advanced English (Written and Verbal) is mandatory as you will interact with global stakeholders.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, patience for troubleshooting, and a genuine passion for the “Net Zero” transition.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting standards.

• Internship experience in a Managed Services or IT Support environment.
