About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketer (Middle level, 2+ years experience) who can take ownership of paid ad campaigns and deliver real business results. The business focus on “personal training” service, Singapore industry. This role requires not just hands-on execution but also strong strategic thinking and problem-solving.
If you’re confident with running Meta & Google Ads and driving lead generation through social media ads, this opportunity is for you. You’ll work remotely and collaborate closely with the client’s internal team to grow a new business vertical.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Facebook/Instagram (Meta) Ads and Google Ads with a strong focus on lead generation.
Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for ROAS & lead quality.
Develop ad strategies to stand out in the Singapore market, where competition and ad fatigue are high.
Align ad content and strategy with the client’s overall marketing objectives.
Manage and create engaging content for social media channels (FB/Insta).
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience with short-form video ads (e.g., TikTok-style) is a plus.
Strong strategic thinking & problem-solving ability to adapt ads in a competitive, saturated market.
Solid understanding of ad structure, targeting, and performance metrics.
Experience in social media content management (FB/Insta) is a plus.
SEO and blog writing experience is a plus.
Understanding of the Singapore market is a strong plus.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage deadlines independently.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
